You are interested by the last additions and the best sellers articles, click on “new” or “best sellers”.
Moreover, two search bars enable you to sail even more freely.
ADD TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
If you like an item, click on it and you will find all information of size, color and fabrics. If you do not find sufficient info on the product, contact us via “ask about this product ” and we will answer you as fast as possible. When selection is appropriate to you, click on "add to basket".
You can constantly check your shopping cart in the left part of the screen and click on it to check its content. All your choices will remain in tour shopping cart until you are ready to buy or until you leave my-sape.fr.
PURCHASE
Ready to purchase? Keep the details of your credit card near you and click on "Check my cart". Choose the formula of shipment you like best, introduce your promotional code if you have any and update the amount to be paid. Enter required information: name, addresses etc…You will be sent an email confirming your order. While entering your banking coordinates do not forget that My Sape is completely safe and that your personal data do not risk anything.
An email is sent to you at the time of the confirmation of your order, followed-up of another e-mail during the forwarding of your parcel with its tracking number.
It is very simple it exists 2 options:
EXPRESS TRACKING
You do not need to have created an account on My Sape.
The express tracking is done DIRECTLY since each page of the site through the framework “tracking order”. You will be sent on the conveyor site which will locate your order in real-time.
PERSONALIZED TRACKING
It is necessary to be registered on My Sape to access the personalized tracking.
In this section, in addition to the localization of your package in real-time you will be able to have access to the description of the ordered products, suggestions of matching like with your orders history and of course, all the other related services of your account.

Shipments will be made in France via two services according to the formula you chose:
- Expert Colissimo by La Poste 48h :
Delivery under 48h for all the placed orders before 12PM (midday). After this hour, delivery will be done under 72 hours. The parcel is given to the customer under signature of the delivery form. In the event of absence the parcel is presented one second time. In the event of repeated absence the parcel is deposited at the post office during 15 days of authority. If the parcel is not removed by the customer beyond this time, it is then turned over to NEOLYS.
- Chronopost 24h :
Delivery under 24:00 for any order placed before 12PM (midday). After this hour, the delivery will be done under 48h. The parcel is given to the customer under signature of the delivery form.
For the rest of the world and the European Union, the sendings will only be done with Colissimo International.

If you are not satisfied with your order, MY SAPE is committed to refund you the products concerned or offering the sum in gift-card. MYSAPE.FR does not accept exchanges for the moment. The expenses of sending and return will be then with your load. You have a 7 days deadline as from the date of reception to return us the products. The articles damaged, carried or turned over incomplete are not shown and will be turned over to you in the state with your load.
