1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax except share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding. These prices are communicated in Euros and are announced as an indication in US Dollar, Pound sterling and in Yen.

For all the products dispatched except European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. The shipments will be done in France via two services according to the formula which you choose:

- Expert Colissimo by La Poste 48h:
Delivery under 48h for all the place orders avant12h (midday). After this hour, the delivery will be done under 72h. The parcel is given to the customer against signature of the delivery form. In the event of absence the parcel is presented one second time. In the event of absence the parcel is deposited at the post office during 15 days of authority. If the parcel is not removed by the customer beyond this time, it is turned over to NEOLYS.

- Chronopost 24h:
Delivery under 24:00 for any order placed before 12:00 (midday). After this hour, the delivery will be done under 48h. The parcel is given to the customer against signature of the delivery form.

For the rest of the world and the European Union, the sendings will only be done with Colisimo international.

If you are not satisfied with your order, MY SAPS is committed to refund you the products concerned or offering the sum in gift card to you on www.my-sape.fr. MY-SAPE.FR does not accept exchanges for the moment. The expenses of sending and return will be then with your load. You have a 7 days deadline as from the date of reception to return us the products. The damaged or turned over articles incomplete are not shown and will be turned over to you in the state with your load.
